Kids at the Stubbing

We welcome families here at the pub and are delighted to see more and more kids dining with us since the introduction of the smoking ban in July. We do ask that little ones are supervised and not running around… with hot food being served, we must be careful- and of course due to licensing laws, we are unable to have kids at the bar.

We have two highchairs, please state on booking if you require one. We do not offer a “Kids menu” as we feel that the meals we offer are very appealing to children as well as adults. Rather than deep-fried junk, most of our yummy home-cooked menu is available in half portions. The most popular option seems to be fish & chips… They love the baby battered haddock!
We are more than happy to heat jars of baby food or offer hot water for warming bottles – please ask our team for anything you need and we will do our best to oblige.
