Cider Making Course at the Stubbing

Led by the author of “Cider Making on a Small Scale” Mike Pooley the course will show you everything you need to know about making your very own cider in a very enlightening way. Bring two carrier bags of apples and a demi john and take away a gallon of juice and the knowledge of how to ferment it to produce a gallon of your very own cider.
