Stubbing Wharf an Award Winning Pub.

The hard work has paid off. The Stubbing Wharf were awarded with the Halifax and Calderdale CAMRA branch pub of the summer season 2007. Jude and Mark were presented with the award by CAMRA back in August 2007. Commenting on the award, Mark said “ We are really proud of this award, it is our first since coming to this lovely pub back in September 2006. We hope that we continue the good work and that representatives of the local CAMRA keep coming to sample our house and guest beers. It is our intention to achieve lots more awards in the real ale field.”
The Stubbing Wharf has got a fast growing reputation for both its real ales and high quality food. It is a real community pub and it is really satisfying to be recognised by the local community.
